The man said that he and a friend had been walking on North Main Street between Marathon Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue when they were approached by a man wearing all black and had gold teeth, according to a police report.
The man asked for a lighter, pointed a medium black handgun at the two men and said “you know what it is.”

When the two men refused to comply, the man who approached them fired his weapon, hitting one of them in the arm, according to the police report.
The second man involved in the incident also suffered an injury to his foot but the hospital was unable to determine whether it also was a gunshot wound, according to police.
