Kimberley Gepfrey clearly could not contain the smile spreading like a forest fire of love across her beaming face.

Al Roker, a gaggle of adorable kids toting "Will you marry me?" signs and a man on one knee can have that effect on a girl.

Roker, the weather guy from NBC's Today, visited Washington Court House's Cherry Hill Primary School to help Wilmington resident Christopher Vestal propose marriage to Gepfrey, a kindergarten, first- and second-grade music teacher.

The pair have been dating for a year and half.

“I pretty much fell head over heels for her the first night we met,” Vestal, a pilot, said in a video played before the big proposal.  “She makes the room glow every time she is in one.”

It seemed everyone — family members, school staffers, adorable kids with adorable signs —  was in on the surprise except Gepfrey,  a Piqua native.
