Active Series baby carriers by LILLEbaby are being recalled because a clip can detach and cause your child to fall, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
There are three reports of the chest straps detaching from the carriers and one report of a child falling out of the device, but the child wasn’t hurt.
Do not use the Active Series-Pro 6 in 1 Space Dye Cobalt and Space Dye Grey and the Active All Seasons in Slate.

Restoration Hardware is recalling the RH Annecy and La Salle metal-wrapped coffee tables because the metal top may contain poisonous lead.
A child in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and another in Temple, Texas, were found to have elevated lead levels in their blood after being in the proximity of the recalled tables, according to the CPSC.
Look for a green sticker underneath the coffee table and look for the item numbers and P.O. numbers, which can be found here.
Don’t use the table, cover it and keep it away from children.
